Now piloting with architecture and engineering firms
Every permit across your firm, in one place.
Permitify keeps one shared record of each project: the reviewer emails, comments, documents and decisions behind every permit. Anyone on the team can see where things stand, ask the assistant what changed, and what to do next.
20 minutes with the founders. Bring a permit you are working on now.

Your firm has the permit history. Nobody can see it together.
Permit work runs through email, whichever city or county the project is in. Each project lead has their own threads with reviewers, and the full picture only exists in their head.
Status lives in one inbox
Every reviewer email lands with the project lead. Everyone else has to ask.
Reviewers contradict each other
A second cycle brings comments that conflict with the first. Reconciling them means rereading every thread by hand.
History leaves with people
When someone is out or leaves the firm, the context behind each permit goes with them.
Your team’s email becomes one shared project record.
Connect your team’s Outlook and Permitify brings the permit correspondence from each inbox into the right project, by project number and address. Everyone sees the same history, grouped by review cycle, with every comment linked to its original email.

Pilot firms get special terms. We cover them on the call.
Questions, answered.
Does Permitify read our whole inbox?
Permitify reads the mailboxes you connect so it can find the messages tied to your projects, like reviewer emails and threads that mention a permit number or address. Only those show up for your team. During the pilot, our team reviews the matching with you, and we walk your IT team through what is accessed and stored before anyone connects.
Who on our team can see the emails?
Your firm decides. Permit activity can be visible firm-wide or only to the people on each project. We set this up with each pilot firm.
Which email providers do you support?
Outlook work accounts today. Gmail is coming soon. If your IT team needs to approve access, we walk them through it.
What is ready today?
The shared workspace, permit tracking, decision log and assistant are live, and you can connect Outlook. Matching emails to projects is set up and checked with each pilot firm. Flagging conflicting review comments automatically is coming soon.
Which cities and counties does this work in?
Any city or county. The record is built from your own email and documents, so it works wherever your projects are. The assistant’s built-in permit research goes deepest in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and we add places as we can research them well. Elsewhere it answers from your project record and tells you when it does not know.
Does Permitify submit permits or make decisions for us?
No. Your team submits through each jurisdiction as it does today, and licensed professionals make every design decision. Permitify keeps the record so everyone can see what needs a look.
Running permits across several projects? Let’s talk.
We are taking a few more pilot firms this fall, wherever your projects are.
